-Real estate residence in Turkey:

This type of residence is granted to people who own a property in Turkey, whatever its price. It is granted for a period of one year with the possibility of annual renewal for the duration of the person's ownership of the property. The residence is also given to the wife and children under the age of eighteen as companions of the property owner.
Obtaining real estate residence in Turkey requires the following conditions:
1-Ownership deed {Tabu}.
2-A passport translated and certified by the notary public, valid for at least six months.
3-Health insurance for all family members on Turkish territory.
4-Seismic insurance for the property.
5-A family statement for the children.

-Work permit in Turkey:

The foreign worker obtains a work permit through the Turkish company submitting an application to the Ministry of Labor for that purpose. The same applies when the individual obtains a work permit. The rest of the family members, including his wife and children under the age of eighteen, will also enjoy this residence.

-Student residence in Turkey:

This residence permit is obtained by a foreign student who is studying at a Turkish university.

-Humanitarian Residency in Turkey:

It is a residence permit granted to refugees in special circumstances after studying their conditions by the Turkish state.

-Family residence in Turkey:

This type of residency is granted to a foreign man married to a Turkish woman or to a foreign woman married to a Turk.

-Permanent residence in Turkey:

Where a foreigner who has been residing for more than 8 consecutive years and on a regular basis can apply for permanent residence, provided that he fulfills some conditions:

Ways to obtain Turkish citizenship:

-Exceptional citizenship: it is granted to people who contribute to providing useful services to the Turkish state and influencers in society, including businessmen, investors, athletes, and artists ....
-The holder of a work permit for a period of 5 continuous years.
-The investor or the custodian of funds in a Turkish bank for a period of three years, with a value of not less than 500 thousand US dollars.
-obtaining Turkish citizenship by buying property , it has to cost 250 thousand dollars at least and it must not be sold until 3 years .
-He has been married to a Turkish or Turkish woman for a period of three years.
-Naturalization through adoption.
-obtaining Turkish citizenship by proving turkish origin .

On May 13, 2022, the Turkish government issued a decision to raise the amount of obtaining Turkish citizenship through the purchase of real estate to a value of 400,000 dollars instead of 250,000 dollars. The decision has been implemented starting in June 2022.

The investor has the right to buy a real estate or several properties with the new amount of $400,000 in order to obtain citizenship, provided that the investor must keep the property for 3 years and he mustn’t sell the property he purchased for the purpose of citizenship before 3 years from the date of purchasing.
