What are the new amendments to the title deed in Turkey? 

In one of the statements made by Minister “Murad Corum” he said: The title deed was an old act and we saw that it contains many information that is not needed. As he said, we are now moving to the stage of activating the new QR code, stressing the phrase “that technological and informational development is one of the most important Priorities in the Twentieth Century ” 
He added, saying: The title deed department in Turkey performs 8 million title deed transactions annually, and this is equivalent to completing a title deed transaction every second, and it is known that the completion of these transactions is not easy at all, especially since the completion of these transactions in the title deed department in Turkey is done quickly. Transparent, and completely reliable 
Therefore, we are working on making many updates with the aim of raising the level of quality, and for this reason, since the start of this year, we have updated the old title deeds. 

A special number for each title deed (independent identity) 

The most prominent statement by Minister “Murad Corum” is that they are working to remove many of the boxes that are not necessary in the title deed (Tabu), and he explained that the locality, sector, island, and information that determines the location of the property are not among the fields that will be removed, considering that they are extremely important. 
In addition to his disclosure of the formation of a new identity for the title deed (Tabu) by giving him a special number corresponding to the TC number in the Turkish identity, where each ownership document has a private identity and through this number we can access the full information about the title deed, for example: (The source of the original title deed, who is the current owner, who is the old owner, etc.) There is no doubt that we will add other amendments later. 

Providing title deeds with QR codes (QR codes) 

Through his speech, Minister “Murad Corum” said from now on, we will use tabu bonds equipped with QR or QR CODE codes, which will enable you to enter the electronic TAKBIS system by simply scanning the code on your phone in order to review all the information about the property. Whatever its type: 
-Home 
- on the ground 
- Shopping center 
- Or any kind of real estate 
 

Show the total area and net area of ​​the property in the title deeds 

The minister noted the difference between the net area and the total area in real estate, saying: The concept that our ministry has clarified for the net area and the total area is not clearly presented, and in this way it is natural for the new owner to not know the net area of ​​the property he bought 
As for from now on, we will see a new field in the title deeds, indicating the amount of the total area and the net area of ​​the property that he intends to purchase. 

What about the current tapu bonds? 

Minister “Murad Corum” confirmed that the current title deeds are considered temporary until they are replaced by the new ones. He expected: The new title deeds will provide enormous facilities for citizens in their transactions. 
Then he added: There is no doubt that the current title deeds are temporary, and anyone who wants to update the title deed of his real estate can go to the Land Registry Department to have his application reviewed. 

Working on completing the title deed transactions through the "Business Intelligence" system 

Minister “Murat Corum” indicated in his speech that work will be done on a regular basis through the implementation of the “Business Intelligence System” and thus the Ministry will be able to monitor transactions accurately and in detail in addition to monitoring the performance of employees, explaining that until today the city of Istanbul alone conducts transactions that increase in number About 2 million transactions, and the number reaches 30 million throughout Turkey. 
He added: The main goal of these updates and systems that keep pace with modern requirements is to gain citizens' satisfaction and ensure comfort for them in their transactions, and we hope to reach through these updates to the three-dimensional tabu, so that we are in the process of moving to a text message system that enables you to inquire On the condition of the property, for example: 
Is the property seized or not? 
Does he have a mortgage or not? 
Who is the original owner of the property? 
Thus the citizen gets answers to all his questions. 

Will the system verify the evaluation? 

The minister, “Murad Karorum,” said that the title deed transactions would be done through the real value of the property. 
Where some record the real value of their real estate and others provide false or incomplete values ​​for the purpose of evading the real estate tax, so we will soon activate applications and systems that solve this issue as we are gradually seeking through the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization in Turkey and the General Directorate in Turkey towards directing transactions towards The electronic center and fully automating real estate in Turkey. 
At the end of the seminar, Minister “Murad Corum” held a press conference in which he answered the journalists ’questions. The question was repeated during the conference on the subject of real estate appraisal and registering the value in the title deed, and he replied: Thanks to the new title deed system, the property will not be registered after today except with its real value.
