2- Verify the validity of the title deed:

3- Checking the investor’s share in the sold villa:

The investor must check the share of the villa registered on the title deed, and make sure that it is written in the title deed “Tam Hisse”, which means the purchase of the whole villa in its entirety and not a share of it.

4- Buying a villa from a trusted person:

The problem of reselling lies in buying from trusted people, which is difficult to find except through the presence of a trusted real estate company with the investor, because the process of transferring money from the bank account of the investor to the owner of the villa, and there are many victims investors has exposed to fraud by some owners as the investor transfers money and then the owner of the villa disappears and the investor cannot buy as a result of being a victim of a scammer.
