You cannot obtain a residence document or a title deed in Georgia unless the project is fully completed (existing), but rather you will only obtain a contract from the construction company, bearing in mind that the contract will not be certified by a notary.
While you can obtain the title deed or the title deed by simply paying the full amount to the construction company or the owner in the case of cash purchase, and obtaining a contract certified by the notary in Turkey in the case of purchase by installments, which guarantees your right even if the construction process has not ended yet.
Other than that, there are no real estate projects guaranteed by the Georgian government in the state of Georgia as in Turkey.
Second: real estate investment and obtaining citizenship:
There is no law in Georgia that entitles you to obtain Georgian citizenship through real estate investment and the most that can be used is to buy a property with a value of at least 100 thousand US dollars in order to be able to obtain a residence that can be renewed every year to allow you to apply for citizenship after renewing it 10 times That is, after 10 years.
In Turkey, the law allows you to obtain Turkish citizenship when you invest a property or several real estate worth 250 thousand US dollars within a maximum period of “90” days, provided that the property is not sold within 3 years.
It is worth noting that Turkish citizenship is granted to you, your wife and your children under the age of 18.
Third: real estate prices !!
